Intervento mirato al miglioramento delle caratteristiche energetiche dell’involucro edilizio con la sostituzione degli infissi esistenti e l’installazione di isolamento termico sulla copertura, con l’obiettivo di ridurre le dispersioni termiche e migliorare la classe energetica dell’involucro esistente.
Sostituzione dell’impianto di riscaldamento e raffrescamento esistente, passando da un impianto alimentato a gas metano (combustibile di origine fossile), ad impianti alimentati ad energia elettrica che sfruttano il calore presente nell’aria (energia rinnovabile).
